Dr. Michael Grant & Jennifer Walsh do not participate with Medicaid or MCO plans such as Amerigroup/Wellpoint, MPC, UHC Community Plan, Aetna Better Health, or any Johns Hopkins or Kaiser plans.

If you don’t see your plan listed, please don’t hesitate to call 888-774-8428 and ask about our latest participation status. We will gladly see patients on an “out-of-network” basis and will work with you to assure affordability.
Please note – Not all insurance companies and HMOs cover in-office procedures such as urine cultures and blood tests. If this is your company’s policy, you will be asked to sign an insurance waiver for those procedures.
